About AVIA

AVIA, a.s. is one of the Czech leaders in development, facility management and energy supplies, with a history dating back to 1919. Odien acquired AVIA in 2005.

• Development Division – this division deals with preparation for the revitalization of land owned by AVIA, a.s. in Prague, with an area of almost 65 hectares, and the development of a new urban district.
• Facility & Maintenance Services – renders professional services to both internal and external clients. Through this division, AVIA, a.s. also offers the leasing of industrial and office  premises.
• Avia Energo, s.r.o. – a subsidiary of AVIA, a.s., acts as a local supplier of power, heat, gas and water to the city neighborhoods of Letňany and Čakovice. Other services provided by the subsidiary include waste water treatment as well as electrical wiring, heating and plumbing services.
