Since 2007, real estate development has been one of the company’s main operations. AVIA, a.s. is the owner of large plots of land in the Czech Republic, including an area of almost 65 hectares in Prague. It is AVIA’s plan to gradually convert this area into an attractive and functionally well arranged new urban zone. The revitalized area will be a harmonic combination of relaxation, residential and business premises, with sports, communication and other facilities.

Facility & maintenance services have a long tradition in AVIA, a.s., even though in the past the services were rendered exclusively to internal customers. Following an extensive modernization, we have also begun to offer our services to external customers. The quality of the services we render has been constantly improving thanks to investments in equipment and staff development, amounting to millions of Czech crowns.

Avia Energo, s.r.o.
Avia Energo, s.r.o., is the supplier of power, heat, gas and water to Prague neighborhoods of Letňany and Čakovice. These commodities are supplied to both both industrial customers and to over2,000 households. Other services include waste water treatment as well as electrical wiring, heating and plumbing services. Avia Energo, s.r.o., is a subsidiary fully owned by AVIA, a.s.. It performs its activities based on licences issued by the Energy Regulatory Office.

Structure of AVIA:
- Development Division – this division deals with preparation for the revitalization of land owned by AVIA, a.s. in Prague, with an area of almost 65 hectares, and the development of a new urban district.

AVIA celebrated the 90th anniversary of the company’s establishment. Ninety Years of AVIA, a book mapping the history of the company from the time it was established up to the present day, was published to mark the occasion.
