Real Estate Development

Since 2007, real estate development has been one of the company’s main operations. AVIA, a.s. is the owner of large plots of land in the Czech Republic, including an area of almost 65 hectares in Prague. It is AVIA’s plan to gradually convert this area into an attractive and functionally well arranged new urban zone. The revitalized area will be a harmonic combination of relaxation, residential and business premises, with sports, communication and other facilities.
